Relay Your Care can support different NDIS funding arrangements, including self-managed, plan-managed and agency-managed participants, depending on current service availability. Please contact our team to confirm the funding options available for your situation.
3. Can I meet a support worker before services begin?
Where possible, we aim to introduce you to your support worker before services begin. We understand that finding the right fit is important, and we’ll work to match you with someone who suits your preferences, goals and support requirements.
