1. Do I need an NDIS plan to receive support?

While having an active NDIS plan is the most common way our participants access disability support, it is not always strictly required. We also accommodate self-funded participants and can provide services regardless of your NDIS involvement. If you are in the process of applying for the NDIS, we are happy to point you in the right direction.

2. Which areas do you service?

We currently provide dedicated community and home care services across Sydney and Brisbane. If you are located on the outskirts of these areas, please get in touch with our team to discuss potential support arrangements.

3. How quickly can support begin?

We aim to get you the support you need as smoothly and quickly as possible. Once you submit an enquiry and we complete your initial care consultation, support can often begin within a few days to a week. The exact timeline will depend on the complexity of your care plan and matching you with the perfect support worker.

4. Can I choose or meet my support worker?

Absolutely. We believe that a strong, comfortable relationship is the foundation of good care. We will carefully match you with support workers based on your specific needs, personality, and preferences. You will always have the opportunity to meet and approve your support worker before your services officially commence to ensure they are the right fit for you.

5. How does aged-care support through Trilogy Care work?

For our aged-care clients, we work in alignment with Trilogy Care, a registered Home Care Package (HCP) provider that specializes in self-managed and coordinated home care.

Trilogy Care handles the administrative side—such as care planning, clinical support, and budget management—for a low, flat percentage fee with no hidden costs. This setup maximizes the funds you have available for actual services. It gives you the freedom and flexibility to choose your own local support workers and schedule the exact care you want, keeping you in total control of your aged-care journey.

6. What happens after I submit an enquiry?

After you reach out to us, here is what you can expect:

Initial Contact: Our team will review your details and call you within 1-2 business days.
Consultation: We will arrange a free, no-obligation chat to discuss your needs, lifestyle goals, and your NDIS plan or Home Care Package.
Care Planning: We will work with you to develop a personalized care plan and budget that suits your preferences.
Matching & Introduction: We will introduce you to suitable support workers.
Services Begin: Once you are happy with the plan and your team, your care services will commence!
