Blinda Berhane
Blinda Berhane is the Co-Founder and Director of Relay Your Care. She is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of people living with disability and older Australians.
Known for her compassionate and caring nature, Blinda believes that quality care begins with respect, kindness and genuine human connection.
Her vision for Relay Your Care was inspired by a desire to create a service where participants and their families feel valued, listened to and supported.
As a young leader, Blinda brings energy, empathy and a strong commitment to delivering person-centred care. She works closely with the team to foster a culture of respect, professionalism and excellence, ensuring that every participant receives the highest standard of support.
At Relay Your Care, Blinda’s goal is simple: to help people live independently, stay connected to their community, and feel supported every step of the way.
